Handmade blue theme one of a kind dress that is sure to catch attention. The dress is made with satin, tulle and cotton fabric. The dress comes with an organza cape and princess crown.  There are multiple layers of tulle for a very full fluffy dress!  This dress is not full length to the ground. It is knee length.
