Handmade Frozen theme one of a kind tutu dress that is sure to catch attention. The bodice top is lined and made with soft good quality stretch fabric, tulle and cotton fabric. There are multiple layers of tulle for a very full fluffy dress! The Cape can be attached to the dress with Velcro or separate. The cape will be made as a separate piece unless you ask for it to be attached to the dress. Rhinestone bling is very sparkly and attached with jewel adhesive that is waterproof and flexible. The straps are adjustable and attach at the back side for the best fit.
